At the worst he has AK here. This is not a 28/20 He's a 21/16 and raising UTG.

You seem to disregard that UTG is actually CO here.

I'd fold the turn. I don't think there are enough [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] combos to call down. Also alot of them improved on that turn card, even if it was just picking up more outs.

I would fold the turn, you don't give him enough credit for a hand here. Calling down is better on paired boards.

I'd fold this river. Do you think he's c/raising you with AQ?

edit: actually I'd like to fold the turn since sometimes you are reverse dominated by something like AT or drawing dead against T9 or a set.

Anyone want to take a side bet he has a piece?

are you gonna give us the 9.66 to 1 odds the pot is laying? utg is meaningless 4 handed hes opening up like 35% of his hands here at least and this could easily be any overs with a diamond draw (altho he mite ck the river with those after u call the turn but i think it being a worse hand like 12% of the time here is reasonable to expect). I probably wouldn't have decided to showdown here and just folded the turn while multi-tabling but i dont showdown enuff.

I do think OP is less likely to post this had he won IMO but if u give me those odds id probably take the action.

Often just put in the third bet on the flop and find a fold later if he keeps coming. Gets you to showdown for less, sometimes folds a better hand on the turn, and I'd be really surprised if you end up folding the best hand after you 3-bet the flop.

Are these stats accumulated playing only 4 handed poker? If so - it adds a lot of strength to folding.
He's essentially representing a 10... given his stats - I believe him (but we do have ok odds).

He could have had a jq/kj/kq diamond flush draw combo - although a c/r after you 3 -bet is a pretty ballsy play.

I would probably end up calling down half the time and folding the turn half the time. If I call the turn - I'll almost always call the river (minus a diamond showing up).

Good idea. I hardly ever 3bet the flop for a free card, but I think I'll try and find more spots to use this play.
