Default Defending in the BB

Villain in this hand was 27/20/2.5 over 700. His AttSteal was 38. I'm trying to defend more.

PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
2 folds, CO raises, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Button calls, Hero raises, CO 3-bets, Button folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (6.75 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero...

The only thing that I'm ahead of is a heart draw. He can also have an overpair, AQ, KQ, Q9 etc. My image was probably pretty bad (laggy) at this point, but I'm still checkraising the field on the flop. Should I fold the turn?
