Fe is the chemical symbol for iron. (Ferrum in Latin) A ferrous object is made out of or contains iron. Thus, the above is a ferrous (Ferris) wheel.

car and cdr are similar operations in lisp.

Fe2+ is ferrous and Fe3+ is ferric so Fe2+ + wheel = ferrous wheel (also sushi, check for white text next time [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img])
