Somewhere, Tubby Smith has a [censored] eating grin on his face at this result.

I'm thinking that somewhere might be Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Even if Tubby didn't have top 5 recruiting classes every year, he surely left behind more talent than most SEC teams or any A-Sun team. UK cannot claim lack of talent for why they lost. It was lack of preparation and lack of effort, pure and simple.

Par for the course for a team coached by a Bill Self clone.

Don't worry, Chuckle. We Virginia fans have to be reminded of our loss to Chaminade every damn year. I don't think anyone will top that.

Not sure why this thread died, it's still November, there's still college basketball, a Kentucky upset isn't the only game of the month or anything.

I'm getting pretty excited about the Ducks after watching their first two games. Not that beating Pepperdine and Pacific at home is anything to write home about, but it looks like Tajuan Porter might actually be at least somewhat competent as a point guard without losing his ability to shoot, which was my biggest concern coming into the year.

How do you feel about your team so far?
