ur 3 bet on the flop should be more. i think as played we need to call this turn. he could have jt or qt

If you are calling his flop 4-bet, you may as well just push because are you really gonna fold the turn getting ~3:1 with top two pair?

I would 3-bet that flop to ~2.2 and call a push. AQ and Q9 obviously sucks but I think you see a Pair+Q, JT, KT, and random crap enough to make this profitable.
