I would like to have your though on this one as I had (what I believe is at least) a decision to make on about each street.

Pre draw is that a must call ? I liked that I had 2233 and not only 23, leaned me to a call.

Obviously I hit very nice but should I keep the 9 ? he drew 2 and didnt raise so I assumed he didnt improved and thus kept. Was it a must kept if he drew 1 or / and raised ?

After second draw its quite straight forward, I break if he raises (maybe I shouldnt ?).

Should I value bet the river ? as I drew 3 and PAT my hand may seem like a T9875 or something (or even a snowball, I just caugh snowballing a few hands ago by another guy). I still dont think its + ev though.

I had no read on vilain.

I would appreciate if anyone would try to answer point by point as I believe this hand includes some "though" decisions (including what do I do if I get raise after the second draw).

You are a 60% favorite vs the villain' hand range. He is never folding of course, but your still a favorite. I'd be betting the river if you think he would call with 975xx or worse, fold to a raise. This is my standard line, I adjust according to player tendencies of course. I like everything else.

Ok, sorry for the hand converter.

Well he would call with a 98xxx, maybe (I dont think so though) even a T8xxx but if it worth all the time where he hit a 96xxx or better ? Also the reason I like to check here is that I may induce a bluff.

What is the standard line if he raises me after the second draw ? I have the nut draw so I dont believe I can consider folding, but should I draw ?

Villain would have to be either a retard or a genius to bluff on the river after you check.

Well its a 3/6 I see people betting a J in that spot pretty often. I never trully understood if they thought it was a value bet or a bluff though.

Its close, he was pretty passive obv (he improved to a 8542x and didnt raise) but he had a clue on this game he would have raise and I would have been able to 3bet. That was my initial plan.

Also at this level, people can check if they dont improved (sometimes even when they do improve one card).

Until people figure out my tendencies i think its better to donk bet/3bet when u 3 draw a monster and check raise when you have a closer spot (like 87642) since your donk bets get raised so often. My default line in your spot would be to c/r draw 1 or bet/call draw 1 (about 50% either way) i dont like keeping this 9, esp the way you played it your just asking for a guy to make some thin bets with rough 8s or better 9s since you look weak and your holding is only a bit stronger than what people usually turn up with in this spot.

and check-raising sometimes misses a bet if the villain hasn't improved (I admit its rare). I prefer the donk bet because it allows you to bet-3-bet since the villain will often raise. On the other side a c/r will often scare opponents from calling the river with a weak hand.

I think its very close, but bet-3-bet is better in a vacuum since the hero started with a 3 card draw.
