rake question

if i'm playing at fulltilt, and was able to get 4000 FTP point a month.
does that mean, if i play the same way at crypt network, i'll be getting 4000MPP a month too?
i'm trying to decided, how much of rakeback and bonus i can get at interpoker or pokerplex.
my statis is 14/5/3 multi 3-4 table at 0.1/0.25 3-5hr a day.
if i play in ongame network, with contribute method. how many MPP can i get a month?
how much % of rake hit, would contribute method effect me?
