Another HU noob in a 4bet pot

I've only been playing with villain for ~100 hands, but he 3bets incessantly... so I started mixing in 4bets with air/questionable holdings

notes so far:
3 bets like a mutha
called a reraise with 9ts twice

PT stats for villain over 140 hands: 51vpip/51pfr

this isn't really "standard" (at least in my limited view) but what's your standard line here?

edit: What are some of the adjustments you make when playing super aggro, i will reraise many more pots than I should, type players?

4 betting is really bad here unless you are trying to take it down preflop, then 4 bet to like 35.00-40.00

yeah, FTP has this little button called bet pot, it's useful in these spots

but vs someone who never folds to reraises,
calling/folding &gt; reraising

rationale: I was trying to take it down preflop. I've been told to keep 4b sizes relatively small... and I don't want to get into the habit of 4betting large when I have nothing and small when I have the preflop nuts. Anyone share this view?

That being said, I'm a noob, and finding it tough to determine which advice is more correct

no, lol, reread my post, I don't want action but I want consistency so that bet sizing doesn't reveal the strength of a hand

I should probably stop focusing on consistency playing $100nl when i play 200-500 hands with each person on average

I'd make it 32 when I decide to 4bet (which is okey). I'm checking flop pretty much always, but as played calling is a must.
