what are the best vitamin/supplements to take ? im in college and often don't get the nutrition that my body needs.

my parents are both nurses and strongly insist that i take juice plus.

Ok serious question... What's wrong with Flintstones vitamins? Is it bad to take iron in the morning or something? Is there a lot of sugar in them? Just curious because I used to take one every day growing up.
