if the stats was over a bigger sample I wouldnt mind it at all.

now you can fold to the flop c/r I guess even though it feels kinda weak.

checking behind on the flop and see how it develops is an alternative too.

Against someone with those stats I'd pretty much never fold.

I'd also 3bet pre to at least 60, if not more given the depth of your stacks.

Based on his stats? That's a really far stretch (PF most people fold those, its a really bad raise on the flop) to be based on such tiny sample size.
