This is an interesting comparison, as I only recently came over from NLHE and, man, I HATED pocket AAs. Seriously, hated playing them, never knew when to fold them. What I really liked is the idea we might sort of unconsciously play A2 or A3 differently. But, of course we would, because "you win razz at the top and lose it at the bottom." It's a great safety net if we match up at the top.
