How can this guy claim to beat slots?

He has over 3300 feedbacks with 99.5% positive feedback and 5/5 stars for "Item as described".

What's the trick, how is he able to get away with this?

LOL there are actually I would say a LOT of people who are slot winners.

People who go the first time ever and hit a 5k jackpot. Then go back once a year and lose 100 bucks

For every person who is that 5k winner and dosen't give it all back, there are 999 slot losers. Its not until people stop viewing slot "gambling" or slot play as anything other than "recreational" that they start to get into trouble.

Dude I'm a life long loser at the Slots but there are some machienes that I RARELY (because it does happen sometimes) lose money at. I NEVER WIN A LOT but I win way more than I lose. But juse because I win 4 or 12 dollars on a +EV situation with a slot does not make me cool.

The 400 bucks I drop into a Fox and Hound (By far the coolest slot ever) makes me a loser. But that does not mean there are not juicy opportunitys out there if you have the patience and the ability to drink 10 beers and not pee for 3 hours waiting for the right machine

Google a bit. You can find lots of people who claim that they can beet slots, roulette, craps -EV video poker, beat blackjack without counting, etc. Free speech gives them the right to make these claims. Some of them may have run good using their system and actually believe it works.

Could these folks be prosecuted for fraud? Perhaps, but law enforcement has bigger fish to fry.

with 99% slot payouts, progressives, and comps, you can scout out some machines where you will get more than you put into them (maybe not in the traditional sense). Comp City goes in depth about a lot of this stuff, Im betting it covers some o this type of stuff.
