Default line check, 1/2nl live

We are 4-handed and the game is winding down for the night. Villain is playing super lag since the last person left. He's been something of a mentor to me and I respect his play a lot. I'm sitting on about $190, villain on about $320.

Line check?
PF: Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to hero on button.
1 fold, I raise to $6, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: pot $13 [Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]]
BB bets $7, I raise to $20, BB calls.
Was this raise big enough?

Turn: pot $53 [Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]]
BB checks, I bet $40, he snap calls.
When I announced my bet, his chips hit the felt before mine were in the air.

River: pot $133 [A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]]
BB checks, I shove for about $120 and he snap called again.

Final pot ~$370.

I just can't see anything beating me 4-handed here. I was putting him on A6 or A3. Maybe I'm being nieve, but I don't see AA, KK, 66 or 33 here.
Thoughts?

Seems pretty much fine to me. It's been a while since I played much short handed but Q with no kicker feels possible - I might say he's more likely to hold a pocket pair above sixes but it feels like the villain described would probably raise you preflop with those. I think the only potential issues with your line were whether the turn and river bets were too large but I like 'em.
