My 7-0 team takes on the only 0-7 team in the league. He was 1-6, however his win was by less than 1 point and a Yahoo stat correction (adding 1 point to NE def.) gave his opponent the win. Hahahahaha!

Brag: Opp. started David Carr (-2.94 pts), but he also has Chris Henry, Robbie Gould, Steven Jackson, and TO. After the early games I'm up by about 20 with LT2 versus TO, Gabriel, SJax, and SD D.

Brag: After a [censored] first half, Brees ends up scoring me 3 TDs (one of which to Horn, also a starter). DJax with a big TD. Heap finds the endzone. Stover with 5 XPs.

Bitch: Carnell Williams. Brian Westbrook. Big nada from my RBs.

Wary: I'm up 64-34 at the moment, but my opp has Rivers, LT2, Droughns, Holt, Keyshawn, and Dallas Clark all still left to play. A passing TD to LT2 over 10 yards would count for 27 pts (18 for LT, 9 for Rivers) making it 64-61. So I can't celebrate yet. Gotta hope his players get shut down or at least kept to in-position TDs of less than 10 yards.

I've described this scoring system before. It sucks, but it's a league I've been in for several years. It started in the mid-late 80s, so it was TD/scoring only (easier to tabulate results by hand).

TDs less than 10 yards = 6 pts, 10-39 yds = 9 pts, 40+ = 12 pts. TDs scored out of position (rush TD for QB, receiving td for RB, etc) are worth double. There's a distance adjustment for FGs too, forget what it is.

Overall yardage / carries / receptions don't matter, INTs / fumbles don't matter. I'm going to try and get it changed in the off-season, but I'm doubtful it'll happen.

League 1: Pedestrian team total, but Rex Grossman showed up even if most of my RB/WR/TE's didn't. DEN hasn't had a sack/int/ff going into the half yet, which is discouraging.

League 2: Sweet Jebus is my QB situation a quagmire - I had Leftwich and Ben R., so I dropped Leftwich to pick up Carr and start him. We all know how that turned out...

David Carr, Leon Washington, Torry Holt, Joe Klopfenstein (Bye week filler), Keading, and Cincy D have a total of 15 points in my league right now, with S. Smith and C. Taylor waiting to play. Thankfully I'm only twenty right now, but this could be lowest-scoring game so far in the league this season.

Edit: In League 1, one team started Mark Brunell (on bye) over Michael Vick (who burninated the Bengals D). Wow.
