3bet Adjustments
Sorry if there has already been a thread for this. Just a couple of questions:
1) What are you guys calling a 3bet from CO with facing a BTN 3bet from a TAG with a decent 3betting range? What are you 4betting for value? 2) Same question as above, except you are BTN or CO and one of the blinds 3bets you. 3) Finally, what are some typical adjustments you make when facing light 3bets? I can think of a few (4bet bluffing, tightening up a bit pf, maybe sometimes limping the BTN, calling in position lighter pf, stacking off on flop more liberally) any others? thx |

Re: 3bet Adjustments
its hard to put into words how to react to 3bet spots cuz they are game-flow and player specific and everything is so situational i dont know if truly good advice exists in word form

Re: 3bet Adjustments
There is no general advice to this. Study equity equations and play lot sof hands.

Re: 3bet Adjustments
If you think he's FOS, it doesnt matter as much what you have. If you're CO and he's button, you can call 3 bet and c/r flop or donk flop, or you can just 4bet light pf.
Basically, you're not planning to hit flop and be good against his legitimate; if this were plan, you should fold pf. So, 'which hands are good to call' 3 bet isnt great question. |
