Default resize?

which site allow table resize.
can you tell me?
I know fulltilt is resizeable. i'm on fulltilt now
but which other pokersite can do the same?
the site must have the following
1) offer rakeback
2) rake by dealt hand system (because i'm tight)
3) support by PT

Not sure if they match all requirements above but:

Absolute Poker
Carbon Poker

Both offer resizable tables & rakeback.

No rakeback at PokerStars. Their VIP program is a sort of pseudo-rakeback, but the VIP program really isn't a concern to players at micro- and low-limits, since you accumulate VIP points so slowly down there.
