Default Value bet river?

Villain is a typical bad loose passive. Not a lot of hands on him but enough. I am always torn in these situations. Anyone value bet river?

Really easy value bet. I know the J is a little scary given QJ is a very likely for holding for villain but he will call half pot on the river with QK,QT,Q9s, and occasionally 77-TT.

Check behind. I hate playing big pots with only one pair, even if it is TPTK.

Bad advice with a bad (aka NO) explanation supporting it. He's not calling down the whole way with a hand that beats hero. He's folding any draws to a bet, so checking/betting has 0 EV in both situations. He's calling with any queen and a lot of worse hands. Gotta bet there.
