Value bet river?
Villain is a typical bad loose passive. Not a lot of hands on him but enough. I am always torn in these situations. Anyone value bet river?

He's not calling down the whole way with a hand that beats hero. He's folding any draws to a bet, so checking/betting has 0 EV in both situations. He's calling with any queen and a lot of worse hands. Gotta bet there. Steve
