Thanks for posting this OP. I'm planning a beer trip to Belgium at the end of summer and I'd like a few recommendations on where to go and what to do besides monastaries.

I listed a few places in Brussels.
Bier Circus, Delirium Cafe, Bier Temple, Cantillion Brewery. an excellent resource is beeradvocate.com, check out their links on Brussels and Brugge . Brugge is a really cool city, charming. Brussels much less so.
