how big is his pf 3betting range? I assume you're opening a huge range pf here?

And FWIW if I didn't know i could autofold if i missed vs. this guy i would always 3-bet the flop or raise the turn.

If you are planning to continue playing if blank come on the turn-3bet the flop and lead the turn.If you call the flop fold to turn bet.
I wouldn't check/call turn and river against any kind of oppponent.
