I don't like doing this only 'cause I see so many ppl c/r'ing paired boards with an A. I guess you're c/f'ing the river UI if he calls. If this guy is a TAG I'm assuming he will prolly be donking a 9 alot of the time. Unless you think he's completely weak-tight (& only then I would do it if HU) then a I don't think it's worth it.

I'd just fold the flop without more of a read.

What's your image like? If you've never been caught pulling moves yet and villain doesn't know you and you think he's not just a TAG but a weak TAG then this might be cool.

But, I think many forget that part of being a real TAG is not folding to much when you have a strong hand.

Give me a weak/tight read and then I'll like it more.

this is a pretty big pot, so I like it
you have a draw to back you up, so I like it
he might fold a 9, so I like it

wow, im surprised so many people are being so harsh.

If villain is any good he's doing this with 100% of his hands. You probabily have the best hand here.

The only thing is, it also makes no sense for you to have anything powerful either, so it leaves your cards pretty exposed too.

I've done this on occasion, only to find it not working very well, so I generally resist the temptation.

You know what's a million times better then this? Betting the flop. I probably wouldn't do it much but it's at least in the mix. c/r and lead is pretty bad/spew on this board.
