Default Indoor setup questions.

What is the best mat for an indoor net? Is there any mat that will allow me to hit irons directly off it with out damaging the floor beneather it, and how soft of a floor can hold up to a mat that would allow me to hit irons off of it. Tile, hard wood etc? Anyone with some experience or any tid bit of info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Oh yea, what net would you recomend too?

I dunno about the floor thing, but don't skimp on the net or you'll have holes in you wall before you know it.

Do you have a link to where I could find one? or is that the correct spelling? A google search of tyre strike golf mats didn't come back with anything.
