Re: Most amazing football win EVAR
If all American Football was like this i would get into the game more. But plays involving one pass just doesnt do it for me.
As it is ive never been able to watch a game live start to finish - just too many stops and starts. Rugby, Aussie Rules, Footy (soccer) its got a flow to it and its watchable because of it. For the same reason i cant get into American Football i cant get into Cricket, Baseball and Golf as a spectator sport. |

Re: Most amazing football win EVAR
You rugby fanboys make me sick. At least the little soccer girls know that they endorse a sport full of pussies and they try to hang their hat on other arguments - you rugby idiots somehow don't realize that NFL players are bigger, stronger, and faster than any rugby players.
They HAVE to wear pads to avoid MAIMING or DEATH. Rugby just doesn't have a lot of spots similar to a receiver going over the middle (ie getting blindside smashed at full speed in a defenseless position) - plus rugby players just can't hit anywhere near as hard as NFL players. If an NFL running back cared for some reason, any starter could easily become the literal best rugby player. THANK GOD THEY DON'T CARE. |

[ QUOTE ] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHkABO0VwCg [/ QUOTE ] wow just wow [/ QUOTE ] Awesome. What these football haters don't understand is that in these videos, everything HAD to be perfect within the context of the rules. For example, in OP's vid, when the quarterback threw the last pass before all those laterals, if the ball was deflected and it hit the ground, that's it...game over! Everything HAD to be perfect for that play to work. It's not about getting hit without pads or deciding which is a physically tougher sport. I'm sure rugby is by far a bloodier sport. LOL at the guy that said that video is "standard" in rugby...it shows he has absolutely ZERO knowledge of football. The high school football video is just amazing. 3 successful onside kicks in a row followed by 3 touchdowns, i doubt any of these european rugby lovers understand just how unlikely that is. You'll probably never see that again in your lifetime. |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] this is better imo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LFYnersg2Us [/ QUOTE ] no it is not. [/ QUOTE ] "Barton comes back to win the national championship, down 7 with 45 seconds to play. The win ended Winona State's 50+ game win streak, dating back to the '05-'06 season" I don't know, with the history, it's close. [/ QUOTE ] I saw that thing when it happened. The last 5 minutes or so are saved on my tivo - forever. FWIW - I think the 1994 Texas HS football championship game still wins over all. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHkABO0VwCg Plano East down 41-17 with 3 minutes left. You have to watch it. [/ QUOTE ] that video was the greatest thing my eyes have ever witnessed dagummit. |

JTJ was a team of destiny, and loaded with division 1 talent. |
