If LJ were going to be your #2 I can understand being a bit worried, but at worst, you'll have to start Mcgahee/Henry most weeks, which seems fine to me. So I'd go for the total trade. Harrison has been slumping but is always a top WR, and LJ will at least come around to McGahees fantasy production

[/ QUOTE ]

Do you have a preference between T. Jones & Mcgahee?

EDIT: Do you do the deal if we swap harrison for driver?

12 Team Yahoo Standard Scoring with Flex.

QB Romo
RB1 Maroney
RB2 Benson
WR1 Boldin
WR2 Housh
WR3 Braylon
TE Gates

Flex Lendale

QBs: Delhomme
RBs: Brandon Jackson/Kenny Watson/Buckhalter/Graham
WRs: Drew Carter

I have someone interested in Gates. His assets include Evans, who I'm looking to buy low, Harrison, Gore, Lynch, Watson, Kitna.

I'm thinking of offering him Gates+a WR for Evans/Lynch/Watson. How does this deal sound? Which WR should I be selling high? Braylon/Housh have had a solid past 2 weeks and Boldin had a breakout game last week. Should I wait to see if one of the backup running backs I scrounged up this week might start in the coming weeks?

[/ QUOTE ]

I think if you're giving up any of those receivers that you're losing way too much.

[/ QUOTE ]

Whoa, yeah. I guess I didn't look at this one closely, and just answered the which WR question. I wouldn't do this deal.

k. I'm looking to deal Braylon now. His value should be at it's having to play Baltimore and NE in consecutive weeks. Any suggestions for other WRs I can get back in return or other buy-low players I should target?

Could I get more than Lee Evans at this point? Fitzgerald for Braylon would be a must-take, right?

A S U, thanks for input.

Just to be clear, he's extremely desperate. He's 0-3 and and cannot start a full lineup currently without hitting the waiver wire. His second RB will probably be Musa Smith if he doesn't make a trade.

McGee: Moss seems like someone you'll have to pay max value for at this point. Bensons, D-Jax and Andre Johnson all seem like good targets at this point though. Doesn't hurt to offer Schaub for D-Jax or Kellen at this point, though you might want to wait until Andre and Jacoby get back. His anticipated value will rise more.

True. I wouldn't exactly be buying low. But part of why you draft for depth at RB and WR (rather than getting backup kickers and tight ends and defenses) is so you can afford to buy high. That's my philosophy, anyway.

The other thing is that I want to strike while the iron is hot. The guy with Moss needs a QB because Bulger has been bad and McNair is banged up. I don't want him to find a cheaper QB elsewhere, or realize that Bulger isn't as bad as he thinks.

In a QB strong non-PPr league I have been offered:
Note: I have no bench WR

Fitzgerald for Carnell Williams
or
Coles for Carnell Williams
or a 2 person trade
Fitz+Leinart for Williams+Cutler

Which is the best value and should I take any of them or hope to get WR on waivers as 9th in waivers this week?

Pick 3 out of 4

Edge vs PIT
LJ @ SD
Thomas Jones @ BUF
Sammy Morris @ CIN

Would it be a sin to sit LJ?

Ok, I don't want to be a douche in my league and I'm not in favor of vetoing any trades that aren't absurd, but this one seems pretty brutal to me. Is this borderline?

League commish gets:
Kellen Winslow
Maurice Jones Drew
Greg Jennings

and he gives up:

Derrick Mason
Carnell Williams
Derrick Ward

The other guy is sort of terrible at FF, but this sucks.

Leinart is better than Smith or Cambell, so unless there are better options in free agency, stick with him

[/ QUOTE ]

I dropped him for Campbell. Leinart hasn't shown that he can put up better numbers and now Warner is in the picture.
