Is this properly bet?

preflop is good. Raise the flop to 6-6.50, this makes the shove/fold decision a lot easier. As played fold.

I even 4-bet it preflop. By the flop I'm pretty sure your beat though, so I think you played it right.

I would have re-raised on the flop if I was pretty confident with my queens (i.e. I could put UTG on a hand like AJ). That $3.45 bet puts the SB all in so the UTG's bet could have just been a shot at driving you out and increasing his odds at taking the pot. However, I have to agree with wikemang.
