I think I would make the turn 2-2.5 and shove river.

I don't really see where you are in trouble, however this is microstakes so MP could be holding K 10 (but I REALLY doubt that). MP has shown a willingness to call all your bets and then throws out the $4.75 bet on the river. I say MP might have AA, KK, JJ so push all-in.

btw, with that limp call i'm guessing MP has 8/10 and this is a results oriented post. yes, MP's check-call, pot river line is very strong, but you can't just fold the 3rd nuts here...
