Tough TT hand OOP
Only 80 hands on villain but he seems aggro: 36/12/4.
This hand is really weird because if he had a set or something, he should raise that flop because it's so drawy and he's so aggro. This is either a poorly played set or some sort of a float. What do you do? Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter) SB: $54.85 BB: $44.75 UTG: $33.00 MP: $29.25 Hero (CO): $49.25 BTN: $56.50 Preflop: Hero is dealt (6 Players) 2 folds, Hero raises to $2.00, BTN calls $2.00, 2 folds Flop: ($4.75) (2 Players) Hero bets $3.00, BTN calls $3.00 Turn: ($10.75) (2 Players) Hero bets $7.00, BTN raises to $14.00, Hero ? |

Re: Tough TT hand OOP
Because of his stats, I really want to call. But I think it's best to lay it down, villain's line is pretty strong.

Re: Tough TT hand OOP
why should vilain raise a set on the flop? I mean in Hu pots with a 2 suited board it's often a nice play to just call with his set cause it's not that likely that the preflop agressor hold 2 cards of that suit. when the turn gets ugly vilain can still raise with his set and he gets another bet out of the preflop agressor cause it looks like he is drawing.
As played i would fold too. with a draw he would have tried to get u to fold on the flop and i doubt he would raise something like 8x here. caling is bad cause u would face a huge riverbet and still dont know where u stand + overcards to your ten would also be bad. so either fold or push. but only push when u know villain is making those moves with fds or oesds on the turn. |

Re: Tough TT hand OOP
bet closer to pot on flop.
As played I think you have to fold on turn. |
