how to draw on a jpg.
(sometimes if you just open the jpg by rght clicking and opening with paint it'll letyou save as bmp no problem but if it wants to change your colors...)

Select all of paint
Open some crappy program like Microsoft Photo Editor.
Paste as new image.
Save as jpg with no loss of anything.
Dicks on yr screen.
