This post is stupid, how can you view 710 million different people like they're all the same. That's just what the world needs, more stereotypes.

Americans, whether or not most will admit it, do have a bit on an inferiority complex with Euros when it comes to things like fashion and culture.

We have a supeority complex when it comes to government and economics. Big socialized government is generally frowned upon here.

It's a mixed bag in regards to work-life balance. I think people in the US (and Japan as they are similar, if not worse than the US) are over-worked, under-vacationed and stressed out and could learn a thing or 2 from the Euros. OTOH, the American approach to work-life balance and productivity does have something to do with our economic success, so one could look at it both ways.

I think there are European countries with a far greater style of government than we have here. I don't see how anyone would see the US as politically superior to Europe in general.

Winner takes all elections are the reason for our two party system IMO.

As far as other stereotypes, you guys seem lazier that us. But that is just because of propaganda that is forced down our throats from day one.

Since most people utilize stereotypes constantly every day, I don't think discussion of this is stupid. The fact that people hide behind their computers on the 'Net means you get some actual honesty when talking about stuff like this. I dig it.
