I think its -EV to let anyone know how much you're making.

I tell a lot of my closer friends (and actually talked very openly about it with last gf but she was cool with it). I don't think it's that bad as they seem to be really interested in my lifestyle and always ask how I'm doing, and since so many times the answer is "ya lost $2000 today it sucked" I don't think they think I'm bragging.

So, back to the GF problems....

I've been with my GF for about 2.5 months now, it's starting to get pretty serious and I really feel like we get each other. I've honestly never connected this quick with anybody in my life.

Lil history, she was in an abusive relationship before, and hasn't dated anyone since she had a baby and left her ex about 1.5 yrs ago. I litterally had to work harder than I ever have with any girl, just to get her to go on a date with me. Even then we've taken it real slow just so she will feel comfortable.

Anyways, her and her ex have been fighting with regards to the kid, and it came to a head last thur, with him going psycho and scaring the crap out her. This all happened at her house, and the cops had to be called because he was sitting outside of it at 2:30 in the morning honking his horn and wouldn't leave.

I wanted to get involved, but was given strict orders to stay out of it and let the police handle it....not something that I was very happy about, since I am somewhat overprotective and would rather have just handled it right there.

So big surprise she was a mess the next day, I made the suggestion that we should go out to Vegas to go see her sister and get out of town for the weekend.

Here's where my problems start, Vegas is where we met , we were introduced by her sister, so she knows whats going on. But when we get out there, I feel like I left the boyfriend zone and got stuck firm in the friend zone. Little affection, honestly very little interaction at all, and i'm just really freakin puzzled.

I put it off as maybe she was just a lil weirded out and needed some space after the other day and wanted to spend time with her sister, so I tried to be understanding. But it's now Tuesday and I'm still getting some of the same vibes.

She says it's not me, and she just needs to work through some stuff, but it still tilts the [censored] out of me...
