That's because the poll doesn't cover his crazier positions (gold standard, eliminate the income tax).

I totally agree with the elimination of the income tax and the fair tax doctrine. The GS, not so much.

wow, I'm really surprised this poll captured my views this well, because I was undecided on alot of things, but this has been my preferred tier of candidates:

How do you answer this and get Obama/Paul/Kucinich. Three completely different points on the spectrum IMO.

I would guess because of the weighted system. But it's weird because this captures exactly my views, even percentage-wise.
