Default 100NL - Tough river spot - made straight facing a shove????

Villain runs at 17/11 and has been very tight so far aginst me.

Is the preflop and flop call fine? And then ovbiously the river?

very tight villians are capable of checking there draw imo ... at best we are facing a chop but i doubt it ... i fold here

Well preflop is iffy because the villian is so tight so u probably have to credit him with a big hand eg AA KK QQ. I would much prefer a reraise on the flop at least then u get some information as to wether this hand range is the case. if he calls or reraises u again then alarm bells go off.

I probably play every street the same as you actually, possibly a little passive [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

I would fold preflop against described player.

I would call the river, I think it's unlikely a player with those stats 3-bets a hand that makes a better hand than yours on this board. I think he could easily be shoving AA/KK here

didn't see three spades, hmmm that makes it closer
