Default Gap \"Left Weave\" Jeans

I needed a new pair of jeans, so I went to the GAP last week (NYCs no tax on clothes week). They have [censored] up everywhere for this "Left Weave" jean. WTF does it matter if it's woven left or right? Is this just another stupid gimmick, or am I missing something here?

According to their website, left-weave jeans are more comfortable.

Bad link sorry

"This spring, Gap reveals a whole new side of denim. And the result will be the softest jeans you've ever worn.

Left Weave Denim, the latest innovation in denim from Gap, is available in limited quantities in stores this spring. Normal jeans are constructed by weaving denim fabric from the right hand side, which leaves the fabric feeling stiff and rugged. Left Weave alters the diagonal direction of the twill line in the denim fabric and changes the weave direction from right to left. Left Weave Denim also uses ring spun yarns to create a stronger, yet softer fabric. The result? Much softer feeling jeans and a noticeably better drape. You'll feel the difference the first time you wear them — they've got that worn, comfortable feel the minute you put them on."

I dress to the left. Will the left hand weave further enhance my bulge?

What you're missing is that you're about to buy jeans at the Gap.
