He hasn't flopped the nuts, but it is a strong hand. I would bet in 90% of cases in this spot. If he folds, then this is fine, you win some chips. If he shoves back, then you might be beat by K,10 or 10,10. I wouldn't be so worried by KK. You still have to call though if he does shove.
