Its got to be tough when your first baby, son jd, is sick. I know, jd never has the passion, but you can see why he was even more detached this season. JD has one in a million talent, never lived up to what everyone thought he should be, but hey, as far as I know he's a good guy, does charity work, good family man. Countless managers have tried to get through to him, but he's content to do his thing, and as far as he's concerned, its working, look at the checks.

With the weather cooling, the foliage, the pennant race, the Pats starting up...this is the time of the year where I miss living in New England so much, I turn into a moody little bee-yotch.

[/ QUOTE ] I've never liked Posada just because he looks like a rodent. But I can't deny how damn good he is. And even the Fenway faithful cheered Posada when he got up after being steamrolled. And yeah, I love Tek, but his ABs are getting really hard to watch.
