Default triple draw and 8 or better in AC

Anyone know where i'd go to find those?

The only omaha 8 or better game i found last time was at the taj, and i couldnt find a single place that had lowball, or any other type of draw poker. I was pleasently suprised to find 7 stud being spread just about everywhere.

Ill probably be staying around the taj again, so the closer the better.

No triple draw in AC. Taj has 10-20 with a half kill Omaha8 and a new game of 15-30-45 half Omaha8/Half Stud8. Borgata has an 80-160 Omaha8 on weekends. Don't know of any Omaha8 in AC besides that, but I'm sure it exists.

Lowball & TD aren't spread as far as I know. Maybe in a big stakes mixed game. Trop also has O8, $2/4 & $4/8 w/half-kill. Borgata is "SUPPOSED" to be spreading more stud, omaha 8, stud 8, etc...when they expand this summer.

I'll believe it when I see it. They'll probably have 50 tables of $3/6 & $1/2 NL because that's what everybody wants to play.
If they have 80 tables or so why can't they spread the following ;
$3/6, 5/10, 6/12 or 10/20 7 card stud (They do spread $15/30/45, but what about something lower and NOT $1/5 !)
$2/4, 3/6, 4/8 Omaha HL with full or half kills
Any 7 card stud 8
Any mixed game at $3/6 up to 10/20
HORSE at $ 3/6 up to 10/20

What are the odds on seeing ANY of these games after the Borgata expansion ? Anybody heard anything regarding new games at the Borgata post-expansion ?

There will definately be a variety of games after the expansion. I played there before it got so sick busy and they were always willing to spread "any game that they had a plachard (sic?) for". I see at least one or two mid-limit HOE games being spread and they will spread 10 HORSE when the demand is there, which basically means when a bunch of us are in town .

A 2/4 O8 at the trop would be nice. I guess ill check it out.

Dealers choice (or horse) games would be a dream. If only...

I've played 2/4 half kill O8 at the trop. Took about 3 hours on an interest list to get a 7 person table going, but it existed.

This was during the day between Christmas and New Years. It was packed.

Lies. Sorry man, but these days there is simply no way Borgata would EVER spread HORSE at any stakes below perhaps 40/80. Even then I doubt they'd do HORSE. More likely HOE. The floor knows they can always fill their tables, and that they can (more often than not) spread a high drop game like 80/160 just as well as 3/6, so they default towards the bigger game.

I would welcome a HORSE game in AC, but frankly, it would just be something I'd do for fun for a few hours. Don't expect to ever make much money in those games, since the real fish would likely never sit in them (with perhaps the exception of the very high limits)

The 15-30-45 didn't offically replace the 10-20 just means that the 10-20 runs a lot less frequently. The 15 game is played 9-handed and I watched for a while Friday as I was first on the list for 3 hours. Definatley some major donkey stuff in the O8B anyway, saw the button put $90 in on the river in a small pot with only the 3rd nut low, to make it worse the BB raised pre-flop indicating a probable A2.

If you actually want to get games like that going you need to go to a smaller room and bring enough people to start it. The room manager at the Showboat told me they'd spready anything if there were enough people to fill a table. It was pretty convincing. Nice room too. If you guys ever want to to get a 5/10 or 10/20 mixed game organized let me know and I'll see what I can do.
