I would say just about always a min bet, followed by a raise, then the shove is the nuts or alteast the best hand.

I want to keep playing 2/4, play more solidly and stop making dumb decisions, become tough to play against, which I don't think I am, and run better than I did last month.

What's up with party 400nl these days? There's often a bunch of tables with over 100 avg. pot size, I think I can make a lot more playing there than at 600 or even 1000.

Yeah I considered playing those gamse as they are really great. 600NL is good too though.
Today it was quite swingy day for me... (all hands at 600NL) :
