Default Small Stakes Hold\'em Study Group

Hello all. After finishing up a decent study of The Psychology of Poker we're ready to move on to the next book. That book is, of course, Small Stakes Hold'em. This book is widely considered the definitive guide to playing in loose, small stake, limit hold'em games. This study group should provide everyone involved with the oppertunity to increase the amount of knowledge gained from this fine book exponentially. How? Because 2, 3, 4, 12, etc minds are greater than one. The study group will hope to provide a positive learning environment for all those involved to freely exchange thoughts, ideas, and questions about Small Stakes Hold'em. Although it will be aimed at first time readers everyone who is looking for a better understanding of this book is welcome to participate. I've read it before but feel there is still much I can learn from it.

Please let me know if you're interested by responding in this thread. Also state when a good start time would be for you and about how much you'd like to read per week. That way we can hopefully find a schedule and weekly workload that everyone (or a least most) can follow easily. If you play at these levels and don't yet have a copy of this book order it now. Don't miss this great chance to learn a great deal about the best small stakes limit hold'em book out there. I look forward to hearing from you and having a great time with the study group.

Cheers,

deacsoft

I'd be in, but I have a crazy work schedule that might not allow me to completely keep up, but I'll definately at least follow along as best I can. I have read the book twice, but know that there is alot of ideas/concepts that haven't hit home yet.

I'll be in, since I bought the book and haven't found the drive to reread it and really absorb the content. (don't play alot of LHE)
