Yep. Shortly after I transferred some money from my checking account to SIA, I received a voicemail telling me to call HSBC's security department.

When I did so, they informed me that it is their policy to prohibit any and all transactions with internet gambling sites. The representative then proceeded to scold me like a little child, threatening to close my account permanently if I "keep it up". So I said, OK, close it. There are plenty of other banks out there; I don't need to put up with your bull [censored].

So my checking account is closed, and now all my money is sitting in my savings account. I plan on opening a new checking account on Monday, and I should be back in action shortly thereafter.

but, EASports should work with the guys at Rivals.com to get some of the incoming freshman

Would anyone be interested in seeing some of my picks for the Total Bases props that 5dimes puts up for MLB? I put a lot of effort into a prediction method specifically for this that is a lot like how I was predicting Barry Bonds odds to hit a HR based on park factors and opposing pitching, etc.

Seems like "total bases" would just be a derivate "total runs." If their "total runs" line is solid, why should they post a soft "total bases" line???
