We know OP is behind and he admits the weak call. I look at Villain's push and think this was played terribly as well.

First the check raise was stupid, but what do you guys think he should be raising to with the check raise? Like $12 or $15? Also, I would have just bet out the size of the pot if I was villain in this hand.

Anyone else agree/disagree?

I think it terrible if it gets a fold. Villain's play has to be judged by how well he knew his opponents. I know some players will fold to a strong bet but raise a weak bet. Others will call overbets because they think they're suspicious where other players will always call small value bets.

If villain get all the money in, I can't fault him.
