Get out the house and go on an adventure. Srsly, I get the same, so every so often I just go somewhere I don't normally go and drink coffee and try to chat up waitresses and stuff.
It works good.

Why do you lack energy and feel groggy when playing sngs? Maybe because you're playing sngs? I'd rather be tortured than try to achieve a 5% roi at sngs.

I find the endless monotony of cash games make me tired and would sooner stick pins in my eyes as enjoyment at times.

A 10-20 minute walk or jog before you play and during breaks will do you wonders.
changing a whole diet is hard.. but try to start with some fresh fruit by your computer and a salad a day.

[/ QUOTE ] Going to the gym and eating healthily will increase your energy levels, and you can buy pills to boost your metabolism so they're probably worth a try too.
