Default Call on the turn? Top pair mid kicker

Preflop: HERO is on the Button with 7 K
4 folds, CO-1 calls 0.25, BB checks, HERO calls 0.25, SB raises to 0.40, BB calls 0.25, CO-1 calls 0.25, BB calls 0.25, HERO calls 0.25.

Flop (2.50) T 8 3
SB checks, BB checks, CO-1 checks, BB checks, HERO checks.

Turn (2.50) K
SB bets 0.50, 2 folds, BB calls 0.50, HERO calls 0.50.

River (4.00) 7
SB bets 0.50, BB calls 0.50, HERO raises to 1.00, SB calls 0.50, BB calls 0.50

I ran stove, and the equity is as such on the turn:
Kd7d 40.4%
SB 29.8% (Range is broadway)
BB 29.8% (Range is broadway)

This goes to show my odds of winning is approx 1:2.3. The pot is giving me 3.5:1 for me to call. This is definitely good odds, but I am pretty sure I could be beat, cos my kicker is mid, and BB comes along to call following SB's bet.

How do I make such a decision? Fold or call? Or raise???

What's with giving SB "broadway" and giving yourself 3.5:1 to call?

You're getting 8:1 on the turn to call. You're rarely ahead (AK plays like this very often), and you're drawing to 3 outs when you are behind. You also have to worry about 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] being a bad card for you and that a 7 makes a straight for J9.

You've got a situation where peeling is very close because you *might* be ahead, but it's not a great position to be in. Reads are helpful, but I can't say the same about your use of pokerstove.

What is w/ the PF action?

4 folds, HJ calls, BB checks?, hero calls

Should this be CO checks? Is the CO a poster?

Sorry, should be 8:1 on the turn. Little error on my part... it's too late into the night.

I gave 'broadway' range for SB, cos he has raised pre-flop and a large no. of times, the hand range are AJ+, and the TT+. Would this be a good asumption? I have some weakness in determining the hand range for a villian.
