Schill looked cooked to me, smoke and mirrors. He is getting fat and lost a lot of velocity. But if he gets in shape for one last year, he can get it done on guile. Hey if you guys miss baseball, I've been playing MLB The Road to the Show on the PSP. (4 year 1.5 million for my character, still got me at Pawtucket after 3 seasons, WTF, trade CCC, the kid is ready)

well it looks like lowell's gone. a bunch of teams are going 4 years with him. hopefully the yankees sign him to play 1b lolol

picking which young, cheap 1B/3B to steal is gonna be the best part of the offseason. andy laroche gogogogo

Thoughts on having Erstad come for 2 yrs or so? I have always liked him, he is 34 and fragile at times but an awesome player that can play 4 positions.

darin erstad was secretly one of the top few players in baseball back in the day

UZR thought he was unbelievably sick defensively. wouldn't surprise me if he had the single season UZR record

Yahoo! has Lamb as the 26th player in the FA clas, I have given up on Lowell coming back and Arod coming here, so maybe we take a stab with a relatively young Lamb.

Having Erstad on my rotisserie baseball team in 2000 was awesome.

.355 AVG (240 H, 676 AB), 25 HR, 100 RBI, 28 SB

He'll only be 34. It seems like he should at least be a servicable 4th outfielder/backup first basemen.

He never did live up to the potential of being the #1 pick.

Guy's toast. He's put up like .260/.310/.330 over his last 1000 at bats. There's less washed up guys out there. 2000 was 7 years ago.
