How bad is this? Called pf because we both had ~200bb. His 1/2 pot bet on flop made me think that he was weak (after he called my large rr, I figured he had a large pp or AK). Checked the turn because the flush made it. His river bet looked pretty weak to me so I pushed feeling pretty confident in my read.

Thoughts?

** Edit: sorry, posted in wrong section. Meant to post micro.

just cause he might be making a move doesn't mean your call is +EV

don't really have much else to say about the hand in general, you can call the flop or raise, def just call the river though, its flush or bluff

not really

i don't think your river raise has much value.... you do beat AK and AA but not all AKs.......

i'd just call the river

Wow, I can't believe all the [censored] OP is taking. This hand wasn't played that badly at all, river push is pretty standard here.

I prefer a call on the river, but I overall I don't have a prob with this hand.

I don't think the hand was horribly played. But I would play it a bit differently. I wouldn't always call this pf, but whatever. On the flop I would only call mostly, and if I raised I would only raise it to about 20. And on the river I would just call.
But I don't think anything you did is horrible.

Thanks for the replies. When people bet so light on flop when there is a flush draw on the board I pretty much always see them as weak unless I have a read that says otherwise. I've been watching some CR videos and trying to change my play a little. This hand definitely felt a little reckless, but all of his bets were weak so I played the hand like this.

Do you ever just fold here on flop when villian bets so weak?
