I bet/fold the flop. He'll fold AK/JJ/TT often enough. I you have a better read than those stats just giving up on the flop could be the way to go and I don't think it's terrible even without. I think folding the turn is fine, this seems like a split at best and it must seem fairly obv you have AK and I don't think he'll try to push you off it.
