High enough that the neighbors all notice. Do a google search for my city and meth and you may change your mind. There are also other "known" places within a block or two that are confirmed meth-related houses, whether labs or something else.

You can do a tax search at the local tax assessors office and you can find all kinds of info about the property, including who the current owner is. It will cost at most $10.
