you want to know who the owner is? google the county name and the word "appraisal" and you can search by address to see who owner is. otherwise, youre not very specific about your question. peeping in windows is another way.

for starters possibly find out the names of the ppl in the building.

Possibly go to city hall and ask about that building? IDK

More interesting though: What makes you think they are running a lab?

Some more info-- a few of my neighbors, since before I moved in (I rent), have suspected that a drug dealer/meth lab is at that house. They see people drive by for "pick ups" and stuff like that. It's a high traffic house. Also, a few days ago there was an incident at that address where there was a girl on the street at 1am SHRIEKING for like 30 minutes, and there were a bunch of baggy-pantsed gangly looking dudes out there. The girl clearly high on something, and it sounded like she was telling them to get away from her. Cops came after I called 911 and were there for a solid two hours.

Just kinda curious as to what the heck goes on in my near vicinity... I have requested a police report for that incident and was wondering if anyone had any other tips for things to look into.

since you werent very specific in your original question about the type of research, ill fill in the holes. you could build a large wooden horse and roll it up to the house in the middle of the night and present it to the people as a gift. you will will be hiding inside of the horse and once they wheel you inside the house you can either spy on them or attack at dawn.
