Sites that disallow rakeback advertising

So what about sites that allow rakeback but don't want their affiliates shouting it from the rooftops? How much discussion and solicitation are you going to permit in this forum?

If sites allow rakeback then discussions about it are appropriate. In the current evironment, I believe sites that previously shunned this but still accepted rakeback are much more tolerant of those discussions.
