another horrendous call against the pats forcing them to use a challenge.

Funny how that always happens.

[/ QUOTE ]

Seriously, how have you not been banned yet?

You're more hated by the general populace of this forum than I am by Pats fans during Colts games. Do you ever have anything intelligent to say?

[/ QUOTE ]

just enjoy your biased officials... you are lucky to have them on your side as a fan.

Actions that constitute offensive pass interference include but are not limited to:

(a) Blocking downfield by an offensive player prior to the ball being touched.

(b) Initiating contact with a defender by shoving or pushing off thus creating a separation in an attempt to catch a pass.

(c) Driving through a defender who has established a position on the field.

[/ QUOTE ]

Not saying it matters or it doesn't tonight, but that's the letter of the rule.

[/ QUOTE ]

If you go by the letter, by the time the ball is thrown, moss is usually already physically engaged with the DB via 'bilateral' initiation and they are leaning on each other for position. Moss is exceptional at disengaging and then boxing out quickly.

The Pats almost took Tim Rattay instead. It was supposed to be a close call.

Brady was the 199th pick. Rattay was the 212th pick.
