were not valuebetting as much as betting for protection. im not really crazy about a bet here (in fact i think its terrible), but something like half pot (as weak as it looks) is probably optimal against his range's equity and i dont think hes ever bluffraising you. i think checking back the river unless you improve is obvious if he calls the turn bet. i also fold to a lead on any river card, usually even if we improve

Agree with orange, he's not folding a Q and I doubt he's floating with some underpair or gutshot, and if he did he'll prob check behind. So yeah c/f, flop is fine imo.
