Default 200NL: Top Two...Horrible Turn

I was getting ready to go to sleep when I saw the loosest 1/2 table ever. Almost everyone was 40+ VP$IP and super aggro, so I couldn't pass it up. As I was on the waiting list, I talked on AIM with a guy who was at the table. He said these guys were raising and 3betting every single hand, and it was no fold'em poker.

He eventually got up and let me sit in. This was my first orbit, and I hadn't played a hand yet. The villain was ~47/19 over 700+ hands, but tonight, he was playing almost every single hand. I didn't see how he built his stack, but while on the waiting list, I actually saw him say, "I'm not leaving until I lose it all...lol." I don't know if he was serious or not, but the way he was playing, I wouldn't be surprised.

In retrospect, I probably should have just potted the flop, but what do I do on the turn?

I dunno about post-flop its a tough one. However on tables such as this you should consider raising more preflop. I would raise to $16-18.

I fold this as played, you're drawing to a 4 outer, a jack is a pretty likely holding and there are about a zillion bad cards that may fall on the river.

I think crunny is right, with a bunch of maniacs like this you are better off treating it as a live game and raising like 6x or even more preflop, just turn the screw until you don't get called any more.

Also, I think this flop is a good candidate for overbetting, because there are so many draws out here, and with the players you described. I like a bet of 55-60 with the intention of getting it all in there and then if you get the chance.
